La Troupe is a talent development program that stems from the UMA – Urban Move Academy multidisciplinary training program (dynamic link). From year to year, the Troupe, which cultivates openness, heterogeneity and transversality, is reconstituted, joined by new faces. 

An audition is organized in the spring to enable students from other training courses to join the UMA Troupe. 

Collaboration with numerous established and upcoming choreographers enables dancers, as well as freerunners and riders, to familiarize themselves with different languages, aesthetics, techniques and working methods. A wide-ranging program of performances and national and international tours is offered to young performers, giving them regular exposure to audiences, professionals and critics. 

Working out of the academy building, Troupe members can take advantage of the program of courses and workshops designed for full-time multidisciplinary students.
